Do I need to be present for the entire detailing service?

Not at all! As long as we have access to your vehicle (and keys), you are free to go about your day, head to work, or relax inside. We will send you a text when we are nearing completion so you can come out for the final walkthrough.

How long does a standard detailing service typically take?

It depends on the package and the vehicle's condition, but our standard packages generally take between 2 to 4 hours. Deeper services like carpet extraction or heavy pet hair removal may add time, but we will always give you an accurate estimate before we begin.

What do I need to do to my vehicle before you arrive?

We kindly ask that you remove all personal items, valuables, and large pieces of trash from the cabin, trunk, and center consoles. This ensures our team can focus 100% of their time on cleaning and conditioning every square inch of your interior without delay.


Will the steam cleaning or shampooing leave my seats soaking wet?

Definitely not. We use commercial-grade extraction and steam equipment that injects hot water and immediately sucks up 90% of the moisture. Your seats and carpets will only be slightly damp to the touch upon completion and typically dry completely within a few hours.


Do you need to use my home's water and electricity?

Yes, we just need access to a standard outdoor water spigot and a regular electrical outlet. We bring our own heavy-duty, commercial-grade extension cords and hoses so we can stay out of your way.


What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?

Minnesota weather can be unpredictable! If the forecast calls for rain or severe storms and you don't have an indoor garage space we can work in, we will reach out to you at least 2 hours prior to your slot to seamlessly reschedule you for our next available clear day.


How do you determine if my vehicle has "excessive" pet hair or staining?

Our base prices cover standard dirt, dust, and light debris from daily driving. If we arrive and find that the cabin requires intensive, specialized labor—like woven-in dog fur or heavy mud throughout—we will always discuss the exact upcharge amount with you before we start working so there are never any surprises on your bill.
